Our story
Built for real smoke flavor
We started Smoked BBQ Meat Market to bring the kind of BBQ we love–peppery bark, deep smoke, and clean, rendered fat–to Pattaya. Everything is cooked with real wood on a big Texas-style reverse-flow offset smoker.
We source quality imported meats from premium suppliers in Thailand, then take the time to smoke them properly. Order it hot and ready to eat, or choose vacuum sealed and refrigerated/frozen for easy reheating at home.
How we do it
Simple process, serious results
We focus on the fundamentals: steady fire management, proper rest time, and careful slicing. The goal is consistent BBQ you can count on–whether you’re feeding the family or stocking the fridge for the week.
