Pickup Process
Choose your BBQ plate or sampler from our menu and have it prepared hot and ready to eat and available for you to pickup, typically within 30 minutes of order and payment confirmation.
If you would like to order our delicious smoked meats and BBQ side items in large sizes and bulks, here is everything you need to know about pickup, local delivery, timing, and delivery fees for our Texas-style smoked BBQ in Pattaya. Large portions of our smoked meats, along with family sized BBQ sides, are available in both Hot and also chilled options (for the times when you want your BBQ now but plan to eat at a later time or day)
Pickup
- Pickup area: Pattaya (Lake Mabprachan)
- Pickup hours: Menu orders available 30 minutes after payment completed, large size (1kg +) orders typically available the next business day

Timing Rules
- Brisket and pulled pork in 100g, 250g, and 500g sizes may be available for same-day pickup or if the earliest available time is at least 2 hours after the order is placed, rounded up to the next 1-hour slot.
- If that 2-hour window extends past 5:00 PM, the order moves to the next day.
- Brisket and pulled pork orders of 1kg or more are next-day only.
- Pork ribs, pork chops, and smoked chicken follow the normal pickup, but same-day orders still require the earliest available time to be at least 2 hours after the order is placed, rounded up to the next 1-hour slot. If that extends past 5:00 PM, the order moves to the next day.
Ordering Notes
- Customers choose pickup during checkout.
- For meat orders, the temperature choice is selected at checkout: hot and ready to eat, or vacuum sealed and refrigerated or frozen.
